PUBLICATION GUIDELINES - PAPERS IN ENGLISH

 

Regardless of the language of the papers, they need to comply with the following writing guidelines:

Your final paper (6-12 pages) should contain the following:

 

• Title
• (2) Name(s) of the author(s))
• (3) Affiliation of the author(s)
• (4) Abstract
• (5) Key words
• (6) Body of the text
• (7) Bibliography

The papers should be written in WORD (.doc or .docx), B5 format (size: 17x24 cm), single line spacing; Justified alignment; margins: top 2,00 cm; down 2,00 cm; left 2,00 cm; right 2,00 cm. The pages should not be numbered or have different settings.

The text should be written in Times New Roman, with the following specifications:

-       The title should be capitalised, TNR, bold, 11pt, centred. If the paper is not written in English, an English translation for the title should be provided.

-       Two lines below the title, the author(s) name(s) should be written in capital letters, TNR, bold, 11pt, preceded by the academic title and followed by the name of the university/ institutional affiliation, all centred;

-       The abstract (max. 500 words) and 5-8 key words (separated by semicolon) must be written in English, TNR, italic, 10 pt, and placed two lines below the name of the institution;

-       Two lines below the key words should be written the text of the paper, TNR, 11 pt, single-spaced;

-       Chapter titles and subtitles should be written in TNR, bold, 11pt, and should be numbered with Arab numerals and lowercase letters.

-       The references and bibliographical notes should be written as footnotes, in TNR, 9pt.

Order of entries: name of the author, paper title (TNR, 11 pt, italic), specific data (translator, anthologist, editor, etc.), place, publishing house, year, page(s) number from where information is cited or paraphrased.

a) For books: C. B. Handy, Understanding organizations, Harmondsworth, Penguin, 1985, p...

 

b) For items in an anthology/chapter in edited book:

J.P. Rubenstein, The effect of television violence on small children. In B.F. Kane (Ed.), Television and juvenile psychological development, New York, American Psychological Society, 1967, pp. 112-134.

 

c) For articles: R. Boschhuizen & F.G. Brinkman, A proposal for a teaching strategy based on preinstructional ideas of pupils, in European Journal of Teacher Education, 14 (1), 1991, p. 45-56.

-       The bibliography should be placed at the end of the paper, in the following order: title: Bibliography (or Reference list etc.) should be aligned to the left and written in TNR, 11 pt, bold; the authors should be listed in alphabetical order - last name of the author (capitalised, TNR, 11 pt), first name (TNR, 11 pt), paper title (TNR, 11 pt, italic), place, publishing house, year.

FOR PAPERS IN ROMANIAN LANGUAGE

 

Lucrările (4000-8000 cuvinte) vor fi redactate în WORD (.doc sau .docx), format B5 (dimensiuni: 17x24 cm), la 1 rând; textul va fi aliniat stânga-dreapta (Justified); distanţele faţă de margini vor fi: sus 2,00 cm; jos 2,00 cm; stânga 2,00 cm; dreapta 2,00 cm. Paginile nu se vor numerota și nu vor avea alte setări. 

 

Indiferent de limba în care sunt redactate, lucrările vor respecta normele de mai jos:

 

Textul se va redacta cu font Times New Roman, cu următoarele specificaţii:

- Titlul lucrării va fi scris cu majuscule, TNR bold, majuscule, 11pt, centrat. Dacă lucrarea nu este în engleză, se va furniza și o traducere în limba engleză a titlului. 

- La două rânduri sub titlu se va nota numele autorului (autorilor) cu majuscule, TNR bold, 11pt, precedat de gradul didactic şi urmat de denumirea universităţii / instituţiei de provenienţă, toate acestea fiind centrate;

- Rezumatul şi 5-8 cuvinte-cheie (separate prin punct și virgulă) se vor scrie obligatoriu în limba engleză, TNR italic, 10pt, la 2 rânduri distanţă faţă de numele instituţiei; 

- La două rânduri sub cuvintele-cheie se va scrie textul lucrării, TNR 11pt, cu spaţiere la 1 rând;

- Titlurile capitolelor şi ale subcapitolelor vor fi scrise cu font TNR bold, 11pt şi vor fi numerotate cu cifre arabe, respectiv cu litere mici.

- Trimiterile și notele bibliografice vor fi scrise la subsolul paginilor, cu TNR 9pt. Ordinea informațiilor: numele autorului, titlul lucrării (cu TNR 11 pt, italic), date specifice (traducător, antologator, editor etc.), localitatea, editura, anul, numărul paginii/paginilor de la care se citează sau se preiau informații.

·         exemplu: Doina Curticăpeanu, Dimitrie Cantemir, în Mic dicţionar. Scriitori români, Bucureşti, Editura Ştiinţifică şi Enciclopedică, 1978, p. 114.

 

- Bibliografia se va insera la sfârşitul lucrării, în următoarea ordine: titlul Bibliografia (sau Referinţe bibliografice etc.) va fi aliniat la stânga şi scris cu TNR 11 pt, bold; autorii vor fi scrişi în ordine alfabetică - numele autorului (cu majuscule, TNR 11 pt), prenumele (TNR, 11 pt), titlul lucrării (cu TNR 11 pt, italic), localitatea, editura, anul.

PRÉPARATION DU MANUSCRIT EN FRANÇAIS    Format général de transmission des documents : (1) Titre (2) Nom(s) de l"auteur / des auteurs (3) Affiliation de l"auteur / des auteurs (4) Résumé (5) Mots-clé (6) Corpus du texte (7) Références Format: Papier : B5 (17x24) ; Font : Times New Roman (11 pt) ; Interligne : 1; Alignement :  Justifié ; Marges: Haut 2,00 cm, Bas 2,00 cm ; Gauche 2,00 cm ; Droite 2,00 cm. Prière de ne pas numéroter les pages. La première ligne doit commencer par le mot Résumé (TNR, gras) (5) Mots-clé : Prière d"insérer jusqu"à cinq mots-clé (TNR, 10 pt) (6) Les citations - Les références et notes bibliographiques seront écrites en bas des pages, avec TNR 9pt. Ordre des informations : nom de l’auteur, titre de l’ouvrage (avec TNR 11 pt, italique), données spécifiques (traducteur, anthologiste, éditeur, etc.), ville, maison d’édition, année, nombre de page(s) à partir de laquelle les informations sont citées ou extraites.   (7) Références dans la bibliographie : TNR (11 pt) a) Pour un ouvrage : Amalberti, R.
